“ A little gem located on the main road along the sea. From the outside you would never suspect three young women hard at work managing the unassuming venue and cooking awe inspiring dishes. Inside, I loved all the details; blackboards are displayed showing the menu of the day, cactus all around the restaurant evoke a cozy and warm atmosphere, and a small pot of fleur de sel from the Camargue sits on top of each table. The chef, who I am told is of African and Vietnamese descent, has an unbelievable drive to create dishes with a mix of flavors, textures and color that amaze all the senses. While I preferred the appetizers to the main dishes (the porc filet mignon was a bit dry, the polenta with my fish lacked flavor, and the “wok” veggies had nothing “wok” about them), this establishment is still very much worthy. It is well worth the trip to experience these tasty meals and friendly atmosphere. Make sure you reserve a table. The restaurant doesn’t sit more than 20 people. ”
“ Absolutely fabulous taste sensations and attractive as well! This was the best restaurant we dined at in Le Grau-du-Roi. While it has a small menu, everything was superbly executed. After 2 dinners there, we ate about half of their current menu and it was all extremely well done. La Fabriqe, c'est Magnifique! Question for the Google Review system that said this review did not follow content policies: how is this not a valid review? We took pictures, we were customers, we visited it twice, and we wrote what experienced. We followed all of Google's content policies, yet this great review was not accepted? Why? ”
